SHAMPOO IN THE HAIR MEL!! U LAZY DAM ASS!!

i have this lazing problem with not clearing up the shampoo in my hair ....... i wash my hair... i really do...... i rinse all the shamp off but when (like 8 out of 10 times) i walk out of my bath and touch my mane.................. i feel this THICK FROTH OF SOAP (only at the top part of my hair)
i know,.... grosse..... but i cant help it.... i dont like the shower blasting on my face.... so i dont let water run down my face.... i just blast the back hair part..... i do the top with some subtle wash.. hahaha...
i need some professional help...... To learn washing hair, the Right Way.
